Love it… thanks! Im hungery
I’m STILL hooked on koolickles, and it’s ALL your fault 😉
Question……? Do you mix the Kool-Aide with the pickle juice or just plain ‘ol water?
Mix the koolaid with the pickle juice!
I looked up recipes to make sure I was doing it correctly– some discarded the brine, and others mixed the powder in with it.
I did a double batch (as I said on Twitter)– I did a quart jar of Vlasic cukes and a quart jar of homecanned zucchini pickles. I overseasoned the latter so with that jar, I removed the brine. Those koolizuckles tasted kinda like pickled apples!
So, I am waiting for the result here. This is another Southern thing, right?
Guess I’ll have to do this myself to find out what the big deal about them are.
Mission accomplished!
Now I just have to eat one…
Yeah, I’m not sure…
That slow motion removal of the safety film was wonderful though.
Okay, showering now is a must.
Seems to be the consensus. Shower in pickle juice!!!
Its the overbearance of present sexy. Straight shower for this lonely blogger.
Becca, I… erm… ah…
Just spotted the not for human consumption at the end there… does it have any other uses?
Of course. You can use them to time travel. Something about the sugar and vinegar. Who knew?
Yes! I can see that now. Sorry, Becca… my mind must have been somewhere else then…
What do they taste like? 🙂
They are still marinating. I’ll post an update in a week when they are ripe. 🙂
Om nom nom nom… when I used homecanned pickled zucchini, they tasted like pickled apples 🙂
I felt kind of dirty watching this. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.
ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED!
And THAT is why – in another world – we are meant to be.
So much yes.
As I was watching this, all I could think of was how dirty Nicole was for watching this. So disappointed…
Bahahahaahahaha
